Today I started the once weekly 11-930 shiFt. Ugh. I woke up today around 9:45 and ate a breakfast of a whole wheat english muffin and a tablespoon of penut butter. With that I had 8 oz. Of fat free milk. I got hungry again about 1:30ish so I snuck in the back and ate chedder rice cake minis. Which are about 70 cals. For lunch I had 2 servings of cambels old fashioned vegitable beef soup. So that came out to around 200 cals. The next hurdle I have to get over is dinner. After such aqlond day I hope I don't go home and eat everything in sight!
