Epic fail

so this week sucked . end of story . Too much boozin , too much fun equals no energy for the gym. So now basically im going to have t press the restart button and start of fresh today and for the the few remaining weeeks. my goal is to lose 10 pounds or more in 3 weeks

Weekend Update

So This week WAS supposed to go to the gym 5 times.But I failled and I'm pretty ok with it . Four times Is not bad and I think the extra 12 hours I worked at the warehouse this week should count towards one gym session . My arms always feel like they have had a workout after i leave the warehouse lol . Anyway I think my halfway measurments are coming up this week, and I'm a little bit nervous about that. I have not really weighed myself at all but I feel really good and I guess thinner so I hope my report will be good. I am shooting for five gym sessions this upcoming week as well. Well more like four and one walking/jog sess around washingtonville . Its such a beautiful day out I wouldenent want to miss out on some vitemum d lol .

3 days down , 2 to go!

So I have been really good at going to the gym lately .iTS EXCITING to see all the changes that are happening to my body . I have just been so worn out from working out that I pas out at like 9 pm which is unheard of for this night owl. Anyway I just realized I have no idea how much weight I lost . And I'm actually ok with that. I have been listening to my body more and am pleasantly surprised with the results. Im just glad Im losing weight steadily but not too fast because this weight has got to stay off and it Will . I just have to make life changes that will last a lifetime and not just until fit club is over . Hopefully I will update more as the days go on :) I'm defiantly going to need a five hour energy shot before work oy

slacker

So I did not go to the gym today which in retrospect is not very wise considering it is Thursday and I have only been to the gym once this week . ugh why do I fuck myself , whatever I still have Friday and Saturday and I'm going to the gym FIVE times next week . If I set A goal this time I am going to make it .I work Tuesday, wed, Thursday so I'm going Sunday,Monday ,wed morning ,Friday, Saturday. It is scheduled in my blackberry so it shall be done ! lol. I think I really just need a routine , Get myself in the groove of waking up at a certain time and going to the gym in the morning which is the best time for me . I procrastinate waaay to much and since I rather not drive at night Its the best way of just freeing up my day for the stupid things I love to distract myself with . As far as what I have been eating ..its been OK not great . I think I have to go back to recording everything I eat and the cals so I for example I want a cookie . I can have that bleeping cookie (once in a while) and not have a mental breakdown trying to think what I have eaten all day .

mid day update

Just trying to keep track of what I'm eating . I had a great day at the gym today :)

breakfast- sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin w/o the sausage or the cheese :)

before gym . apple theen a serving of my drunken mushroom wheat pasta

dinner . (not yet eaten)Chinese food. chicken and broccoli here i come!! but i am substituting brown rice for fried or white .. I cant wait :)

HYYYPER SHOTS!


So I decided to go w/o creatine this workout. See how strong I was without that extra little something. AND then I realized I only got 4 and a half hours of sleep and i was was so freaking tired. Lucky for me I received a ZenEdge Lemon Lime powerful energy shot. I was a little apprehensive of taking any sort of "powershot" I mean how much chemicals and caffeine has to be in this little 2 oz package? but i took the plunge anyway popped the seal and chugged the shot. I never meet a shot I didn't like and this is no exception. the taste was not bad at all . I would describe it as a diet melted lemon lime Popsicle it kind of has that fake sugar aftertaste that is not bad at all . but them again this is from someone who has not had real sugar added to anything in months ( I S2 splenda) . I felt the effects immediately! it was amazing it felt more intense then the energy boost creatine gives but it is without the muscle building properties which is pretty much the only negative thing I can say about the product other then price. It definitely pepped me up enough to run do an hour of resistance training and then hop on the elliptical for more cardio I took the shot around 2:30 and its almost seven know and I'm still kind of buzzed Im actually hoping for a crash in a few hours .
