slacker
So I did not go to the gym today which in retrospect is not very wise considering it is Thursday and I have only been to the gym once this week . ugh why do I fuck myself , whatever I still have Friday and Saturday and I'm going to the gym FIVE times next week . If I set A goal this time I am going to make it .I work Tuesday, wed, Thursday so I'm going Sunday,Monday ,wed morning ,Friday, Saturday. It is scheduled in my blackberry so it shall be done ! lol. I think I really just need a routine , Get myself in the groove of waking up at a certain time and going to the gym in the morning which is the best time for me . I procrastinate waaay to much and since I rather not drive at night Its the best way of just freeing up my day for the stupid things I love to distract myself with . As far as what I have been eating ..its been OK not great . I think I have to go back to recording everything I eat and the cals so I for example I want a cookie . I can have that bleeping cookie (once in a while) and not have a mental breakdown trying to think what I have eaten all day .

A cool little trick, after dinner, go floss your teeth, brush thoroughly, and use some strong mouthwash. Results, mouth is so minty fresh you can taste all that mouthwash for hours, and whatever you eat after will taste horrible, making it easier to not eat at all.
